Aug 28-30 | Chickadee 4 year anniversary bash
Chickadee is celebrating its 4th Birthday! Bring your friends & family down and get creative. Chickadee will have have free canvas painting available for everyone from 3-7pm on Thursday (8/28), free Chickadee Stickers all day Friday (8/29), and free Kids Crafts during Maker's Market on Saturday (8/30) - come paint something and bring it home or share it with a friend.

This will be our 4th summer of Makers' Markets in Kings Beach!
8/30 Live Music by Abby & Friends and Wine Bar fundraiser for Kings Beach Elementary PACE.
Enjoy shopping from local vendors with a wide variety of arts, apparel, jewelry, home goods, and more. We'll have food trucks on site each week, along with live music, plenty of cold beer at Bear Belly Brewing Co. and more art and goods inside at Chickadee Art Collective.

Join us under the trees at Tahoe Backyard for our annual summer Poetry Night series (Every second Wednesday between June and September) hosted by Tahoe Poetry Collective.
This year we're offering up an open mic in a welcoming and encouraging setting. Musicians, poets, writers, comedians, and anyone else wishing to share their work on mic are welcome. All ages and speakers of any language are welcome to participate. No hate speech will be tolerated.
