Absolutely! Tahoe Backyard is a place where friends, neighbors, and families come together to eat, relax, play, and enjoy time outdoors. We love seeing kids enjoying the space and creating memories with their families.

To help everyone have a great experience, we ask that parents and guardians keep children supervised at all times.

• Children should remain with their parent or guardian while on the property.
• Please use yard games and outdoor spaces respectfully. Running through seating areas, climbing on furniture or landscaping, throwing balls, or rough play is not permitted.
• Please help us keep our shared spaces clean by picking up after yourselves.
• Be respectful of our businesses, staff, guests, and live entertainment.

Tahoe Backyard is a shared space designed for the enjoyment of everyone. A little courtesy goes a long way in helping us maintain a safe, welcoming, and relaxing environment for all our guests.

We invite friendly, leashed, well-behaved dogs/pets to enjoy our outdoor area with their humans. Please respect the noise level and leave talkative dogs at home. 

Dog owners are responsible for their dogs' actions at all time. This include: 

• Clean up and properly dispose of pet waste.
• Be respectful of other patrons and staff who may be afraid of or allergic to animals.
• Take all liability of your pet and attend to any related incidents immediately.

If a pet becomes a nuisance, the pet and owner will be asked by our staff to leave the property. Pet nuisance behaviors include:

               - Aggression and/or uncontrolled barking and jumping toward other patrons and dogs

               - Begging and eating from tables

               - Sitting on tables, chairs, or other furnishings

               - Owners not picking up after their dogs

Please notify staff at any of our businesses on site if an animal has or is bothering you during your visit or if you see any animal owner not being responsible. Staff will take appropriate measures in accordance with our policies.

Outside Alcohol: No. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on the Tahoe Backyard property. Bear Belly Brewing Co., our nano batch brewery on site is happy to cover all your beverage needs!

Water: We encourage guests to bring a reusable water bottle and refill it at our Tahoe Tap water refill station located in the restroom. It's an easy way to stay hydrated while helping reduce single-use plastic waste.

Outside Food: We highly encourage you to check out our resident food vendors while you're here. From authentic Mexican favorites to sweet treats, you'll find some of the area's favorite local eats right on site. Supporting our resident businesses helps keep Tahoe Backyard a vibrant gathering place for the whole community.

No smoking or vaping of any substances allowed at Tahoe Backyard. You may smoke non-marijuana products at our designated smoking zone in the parking lot, but you are not allowed to carry alcohol beyond our fences.  

We would love to host your next function including, but not limited to: Anniversaries, Fundraisers, Birthdays, Wedding Celebrations, Retreats, Meetings, Holiday Parties, Reunions, etc. Please check out our Space Rentals page  for information on availability, rates, and reservation.
